DanioTracker Terms of Use

Information about access, privacy, content ownership, and responsible use of the DanioTracker platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DanioTracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Privacy and Personal Data

The limited data collected upon registration is used to manage access and send informational messages. Our privacy practices comply with the GDPR and applicable European regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to zebrafish video content that you upload. The DanioTracker platform, documentation, interfaces, graphics, code, and services remain the property of Zebrafish-Research and its contributors.

4. Responsible Use

Use DanioTracker only for lawful research and educational purposes. Do not transmit illegal or harmful content, or interfere with another user’s access to the service.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DanioTracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zebrafish-Research is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
